A Cool Chicks Place, Old Avon Village, Avon, CT

Owned by Michele Marquis, this wonderful gathering spot for women is a haven for high-quality handmade art, tucked into the quaint Old Avon Village on East Main Street (Route 44). Jewelry, scarves, vintage clothing and shoes, paintings, cards and perfect gift items are in abundance, all made by women from Connecticut and throughout New England. Completely run by kind volunteers, this great collaborative craft center shares the wares of fine artisans from the North Quabbin region and beyond.
